Yes! It is possible to run an ads on Facebook if you do have $0 money. Searching online will tell that you cannot run Facebook Meta Ads without money, but it is possible to run paid advertisements until you reach your payment threshold or for my experience three years ago, I was being charge once a month, until it became every 16 days.

Facebook- post more raw contents, this builds trust and legibility to your customers
Do not try to perfect it. Just upload videos or contents about the product, educate the audience about it. Yes, putting out quality contents out there is the best thing to do, but let us not beat ourselves up, it is hard to run an e-commerce store doing everyting especially on your own.
